2023-24 NCHSAA Physical Form - All student-athletes must have a current physical on file at WCHS on this approved form to participate in skill development sessions or practices. A sports physical is valid for 1 calender year +30 days (395 days).
2023-24 WC Student-Athlete Eligibility Packet - All student-athletes must have this packet completed, signed & dated each school year to participate in skill development sessions or practices.
