Senior served in the Air Force for 23 years across 7 different locations with over 60 deployments and temporary duty assignments, all while earning his Bachelor's degree from American Military University. Senior's desire for the program is the growth of the cadets, leading peers, and developing themselves for future leadership roles after their high school graduation.

Sarge served in both active duty and reserve roles within the Air Force across 3 locations, with over 20 deployments and temporary duty assignments during his 18 1/2-year career, while earning a bachelor's degree from American Military University. He supports students' growth, both academically and personally, to foster their leadership beyond Air Force Junior ROTC.
