ACT WorkKeys assessments are part of ACT to help determine workforce knowledge. The assessments measure foundational skills in Applied Math, Graphic Literacy, and Workplace Documents. These tools help measure success in the workplace and the degree of workplace skills that can affect job performance.
These assessments are:
Relevant - WorkKeys assessments are created to solve actual workplace problems. The assessments measure a range of hard and soft skills relevant to any occupation, at any level, and across industries.
Recognized - Successful completion of WorkKeys assessments can lead to earning an ACT WorkKeys National Career Readiness Certificate. This credential verifies essential skills needed across industries and occupations. Thousands of employers recognize the value of the National Career Readiness Certificate.
ACT WorkKeys has 4 levels of scoring. Your overall score will be reflective of the lowest score you receive. For example: if you score a 6 on the Workplace Documents and Graphic Literacy and a 5 on the Applied Math portion, you would receive a Gold level score.
The 4 levels are:
Bronze= Score of 3
Silver = Score of 4
Gold= Score of 5
Platinum= Score of 6 or 7
